• Market Presence: An established physical store or a well-established online presence. Evidence of a customer base or an existing clientele.
• Location: Geographical location that complements Cherry Blossom Store's distribution strategy.
• Commitment to Brand Values: Alignment with Cherry Blossom Store's brand values and a commitment to maintaining brand reputation. Offering great service and support
• Minimum Order Requirements: Agreement to meet a minimum order or sales volume requirement, if applicable.
• Promote: Actively promote the Cherry Blossom Store products.
• Stock levels: Maintaining good stock levels.

Ongoing Discounts

• Discount Structure: Resellers will be eligible for discounts based on your ongoing sales performance. Discounts will be re-assessed and adjusted quarterly, taking into account your recent sales volumes.
• Discount starts from 10%, higher discount will be evaluated based on items purchase, frequency and order values.
• Minimum Purchase Requirement: To maintain their status as a listed reseller, resellers are required to achieve a minimum monthly sales volume of R4,000 per order or R10,000 every quarter.

• Ongoing discounts will be reviewed every 3 months - if no stock order has been placed within 3 months , it will be reviewed by B2B support team member.
