FAQ

Our staff wear masks while processing orders as well as sanitize their hands regularly throughout the day, especially before preparing an order.
Our workspaces get sanitized before and after processing each order.
All new stock from the suppliers gets wiped down as soon as we receive it.
Our courier company (The Courier Guy) follows their own stringent safety protocols.

Cherry Blossom Store is an online store however, you can phone 083 567 1756 during business hours to make an appointment to visit the premises where we keep our stock.

You can click on the “Shop” button in the navigation menu on the top of the page.
From the dropdown menu you can click on “View All Products”.
Alternatively, you can click on the dropdown menu for all departments (underneath the Cherry Blossom logo). By selecting a department, it will then show all products in that department on the main page.
Click on the picture of the item you are interested in. On the next page you will find more information regarding the product and you will also see if the product is currently in stock or not.
Select the quantity you want to order of the item and then click on “Add to Cart”. If you are only purchasing one of the items, you do not have to select the quantity, and you can go straight to “Add to Cart”.

 

Repeat this process until you have selected all the items you want to purchase.
In the top right-hand corner you will see a shopping bag icon with a running total of items in your basket, as well as the total value of the items you have selected up to this point.
If you are ready to check out, click on the shopping bag icon.
Your shopping cart will open up.
Review the items in your shopping cart.
If you need to add more items at this stage, just click on the red cross on the top to close your cart and continue shopping.
If you need to remove items from your cart or adjust quantities of items in your cart, click on the “View Cart” button at the bottom.
From there you will be able to adjust quantities or remove items from your cart.
If you have made changes to your cart, be sure to click on “Update Cart” before checking out.
Scroll down and choose your shipping option.
Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
Complete your shipping and billing details.
Create an account password.
On the right-hand side of the page you can now choose your payment option: Direct bank transfer via EFT (please note this option takes a bit longer as we need to wait a day or two for your funds to clear before we can process your payment) or instant payment via PayGate.
Click on place order.
A confirmation of your order will be displayed, and you will also receive an email to confirm your order.
If you selected Direct Bank Transfer, you will receive an invoice via email. You can now pay the money for your order into our bank account. Generally, payments reflect after 2 days, but please allow up to 4 working days for your payment to be processed.
Note: We also have “Wishlist” and “Buy for me” buttons. You can add items to your wishlist that you would like to purchase at a future date. If you want someone to buy an item for you as a gift, you can select the “Buy for me” button.

We accept Direct Bank Transfer (where you make a normal EFT payment and we wait for the money to clear in our bank account before we ship your order)
Instant EFT and Card Payments via PayGate.

Yes you do, however, if you do not have an account, this forms part of the checkout process. There is no need to create an account before you can start shopping.
Setting up an account gives you several advantages. You will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view your order history as well as check the status of your current order. Once you have set up an account, your information will be stored, and future purchases will be much quicker and easier. Please note, your information will be stored securely, and we will not share your information with anyone.

We accept South African Rands (ZAR) only.

We are currently not VAT registered and therefore do not add VAT to our products.

You can order at any time, on any day. For email and order responses, our office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 4.30pm and Friday 9am – 1pm.

We use a variety of measures to ensure that your personal information is protected from: unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification or alteration, unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

Your information is stored securely, and we will not share your information with anyone without your permission.

We have implemented reasonable security measures to protect all your information. The padlock icon in your browser address bar indicates that cherryblossomstore.co.za is a secure site.

Yes you can. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘delivery address’ field upon checking out. The ‘billing address’ field would then be your address. The recipient will be asked for proof of identity upon delivery.

If you have selected the local delivery option (Vaal Triangle and Meyerton), we do deliveries every Wednesday and Friday. Your order must be completed and payment reflecting in our bank account before 12 noon the previous day to receive your order on the next delivery day (i.e. before noon on Tuesday to receive your order on the Wednesday and before noon on Thursday to receive your order on Friday).
If you have selected Click & Collect Arcon Park, you will receive notification as soon as your order is ready for collection (usually within 2 to 3 working days).
If you selected Click & Collect Heriotdale, you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection (usually within 3 to 4 working days).

You will receive an email from us stating that you order has been collected by The Courier Guy and you will be sent a waybill number to track your parcel’s delivery status.
*A note will be added and your order status will be changed to “Complete”.

You will be sent emails informing you of your order status.
You can track your parcel online at www.thecourierguy.co.za using the waybill number on your delivery notification email.
If you have a query, you can email us on sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za. Please provide your full name, contact number and order number from checkout.

If your order is in stock, your order will be processed within 48 hours once payment reflects in our account.
If we don’t have your order in stock we will notify you via email. A WhatsApp message will also be sent if there is no response from you within 24 hours.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive via courier?
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment reflecting in our account.
After that, orders to major cities should be delivered within 2-3 working days. Orders in outlying areas should be delivered within 3-5 workings days.
Deliveries via courier will only be done on working days, within working hours to the address provided by you. Please note that we are not held responsible for incorrect delivery details that are provided, so please ensure that you complete the delivery details correctly on checkout.

Please email us on sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za with your order number so that we can access your order status and help you. If your order has already been collected by the courier there is a chance that you may have to pay additional fees to get the order sent to the correct address. If you order has not been collected by the courier, then we can easily change the address. If you order has been delivered to the incorrect address then we will try to help retrieve the order from the incorrect delivery address, but any additional costs will be for your account. If it is not possible to retrieve the order, we will not be held responsible for the loss. Please note we will always try to help you out as much as possible.

We do not deliver to post office addresses.

We do have the following Click & Collect options:
Click & Collect Arcon Park: you will receive notification as soon as your order is ready for collection (usually within 2 to 3 working days).
Click & Collect Heriotdale: you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection (usually within 3 to 4 working days).

We deliver anywhere in South Africa to a physical address.

Unfortunately, Cherry Blossom Store only ships within South African borders.
Please request a quote for orders outside of South Africa by sending an email to sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za.

Provided your order has not been paid for and/or processed, you can send an email to sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za with the following information: Your name and surname Your order number Which items you would like to add/remove

Once placed and paid for, orders cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the products, you will have to wait until you receive your order and then return it to us. Immediately upon receipt of your order, notify us of the return by sending an email to sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za. Do not open the packaging your order came in. The onus of arranging a courier to collect the unwanted goods is on you. Once we have received your return and we are satisfied that the goods are still in its original packaging and condition, we will process a refund. You will be refunded within 30 days.

Your purchase was processed successfully if you can answer ‘YES’ to the following questions:

Question 1: Were you taken to a Thank You page on completion of your purchase?

Question 2: Did you receive an email confirming your order? Question 3: Navigate to My Orders. Is your order there?

If you answered ‘NO’ to all 3 questions above then your order did not go through. Please give it another try!

In cases of unavailability, we will send you an email with suggestions for an exchange or refund you in full within 30 days from date of payment to Cherry Blossom Store.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please retain the product in its original packaging. The product must not have been used and still be in a saleable condition. We will then gladly refund the value or exchange for any other items to the same value.
To arrange a refund or exchange, please email us at sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za. Please note, that the cost of the courier to return the garment to us will be for your account.

Please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery on sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za. We will gladly replace or refund any product that is defective. Please note however that we will not replace/refund a product that is damaged due to negligence. Please send us a picture of the defect when sending through your email.

Please notify us by email within 2 days of delivery. We will then arrange to collect the incorrect item and send you the correct item. You can contact us on sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za.

Send an email to sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za with your name, surname, order details and the reason for the return. We will then make arrangement for the return.
*Please note that all products must be in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.

We will send you an email once your returned items have been received. You can also contact us on sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za.

SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.
