      (Cherry Blossom Store) is a business in the Nail & Beauty industry that supplies Nail Art.

 

  1. Delivery policy

      Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of The Courier Guy (for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)

 

  1. Export restriction (Optional)

      The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

 

  1. Return and Refunds policy

      The provision of goods and services by (Cherry Blossom Store) is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, (Cherry Blossom Store) will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30 % administration fee. (If appropriate – provide details of your policy regarding damaged goods.  Also mention guarantees, warranties, etc.)

We will ensure to package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;

Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogethe

The onus to return the product to us is on you and return shipping charges have to be paid by yourself (please note we do not accept returns via the Post Office

We can collect the product from you using our courier if you wish to pay the stipulated return shipping fee directly to us (usually R100.00, more for parcels with a volumetric weight higher than 2kg). Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within 3 days of such delivery / collection by emailing us at sales@cherryblossomstore.co.za

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. Please refer to our FAQs for some examples.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section

faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;

damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;

where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you;

signs of handling and/or repackaging.

      Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

 

7,   Card acquiring and security

      Card transactions will be acquired for (Cherry Blossom Store) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

 

  1. Customer details separate from card details

      Customer details will be stored by (Cherry Blossom Store) separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

 

  1. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

      The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

  1. Responsibility

      (Cherry Blossom Store) takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

  1. Country of domicile

      This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and (Cherry Blossom Store) chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
