2. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by email, confirming order number and delivery option (with applicable costs) selected during checkout; The Courier Guy, Click & Collect.

3. Export restriction (Optional)

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Exchanges will not be permitted for sudden change of mind.

No money will be refunded – your “account” will be credited, and it may be deducted from your next order.

The provision of goods and services by Cherry Blossom Store is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Cherry Blossom Store will refund the client in full with credit to their account within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30 % administration fee.

We will ensure to package your products safely and securely for protection during transit; Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

The onus to return the product to us is on you and return shipping charges must be paid by yourself (please note we do not accept returns via the Post Office, but the package can be sent back via Pep Paxi or Postnet).

If you took advantage of a free delivery option and your order was delivered free of charge, you will be responsible for the cost of having the product retuned to us.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your Cherry Blossom account with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of the return.

Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within 48 hours of such delivery / collection by sending a WhatsApp to 0835671756

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product.

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.  The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section

– faults resulting from normal wear and tear.

– damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.

– damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.

– damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product.

– damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.

– where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

– signs of handling and/or repackaging.

Changing the standard 2-point plug to a 3-point plug on electrical products voids all guarantees and warrantees.

5. Errors

We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors on the Website, we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or other arrangements will be made via whatsapp

PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. 9. Customer details separate from card details

10. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

11. Responsibility

Cherry Blossom Store takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

12. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Cherry Blossom Store chooses as its domicilium Citandi et Executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
